I paint light as a physical material.
Practice
I gather places, interiors, markets, gardens, animals, and weather into tactile oil surfaces.
Palette knife marks remain visible so the hand, canvas, and tempo of looking do not disappear behind the image.
I want these paintings to live here as a calm catalog, not as a display shelf. Dimensions, materials, price, and availability help orient a visitor, but they should never speak louder than atmosphere.
Materials
I work with oil, canvas, linen, palette knife, and surface.
I keep the Russian descriptions as the primary voice of the works, while images and metadata help visitors look calmly and precisely.
Later I can add a portrait, exhibitions, studio notes, or a bilingual artist statement without rebuilding the catalog.
